A Day In The Country, an exhibit of paintings by members of the Bay Area Studio Artists, has just opened at Mason Cellars Oxbow Tasting Room, 714 1st St, Napa. We’re showing 20 paintings that represent a multi-faceted view of Northern California’s countryside – from Wine Country to Gold Country to Farm Country. The paintings capture the artists’ emotional responses to the country: the serenity, the color, a sense of escape, a primal connection.
